VoxSupreme℠ ("we," "us," "our") designs, builds, and validates custom AI/ML-powered Voice Agents and Text Agents for business phone lines. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal or order form agreed between you and us, which will control over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

3. Using the Request Form

When you submit our contact/request form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the company named. Submitting the form does not create a binding agreement or guarantee acceptance of your project — it initiates a conversation with our team.

4. Fees & Custom Builds

Every Voice Agent and Text Agent engagement is custom-scoped and quoted individually. No fees are charged, and no obligation is created, until both parties agree to a proposal, statement of work, or order form.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including copy, design, the VoxSupreme℠ name and logo, and underlying platform technology — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and license terms for any custom Voice Agent or Text Agent delivered to you will be set out in your specific project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Information you share with us to scope a build — such as call flows, pricing, or internal policies — will be treated as confidential and used solely to design, build, and support your Voice Agent or Text Agent, unless a separate mutual NDA specifies otherwise.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we validate every Voice Agent against a structured test suite before launch, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific business outcome (such as call volume, conversion, or revenue). Voice and Text Agents are tools to assist your business — not a replacement for human judgment in safety-critical or emergency situations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxSupreme℠ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to our website or services at our discretion, including in cases of misuse. Termination of any specific project engagement is governed by that project's agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a project-specific agreement.
